Go to the Email Tester, click "Start Email Test", copy the token and seed address, send a real email with the token in the subject line, then click "Analyze". You'll get a full report in under 60 seconds.
Your email may still be in transit. The tool automatically retries every 45 seconds up to 4 times. Make sure: (1) the token is in your subject line exactly as shown, (2) you sent to the correct seed address, and (3) the email actually left your outbox.
